Our Mission

The mission of the Foundation is to provide support to the men and women of the Florida National Guard in times of emergencies and deployments. To honor and assist those Soldiers and Airmen who have sacrificed their health and well being for the security of our great State and Nation, and to preserve our rich history so the sacrifices of our Soldiers and Airmen are not forgotten.

Economic Assistance

The Foundation provides economic assistance to current service members and their families for Acts of God (accident, injury, illness) or for Fault of the Guard. You will need to work with your Family Assistance Coordinator (FAC) / Family Readiness Coordinator (FRC) and submit an application.

Scholarships

The Foundation provide scholarships to accredited college, university, or vocational technical school in the State of Florida to dependents (children) of enlisted, commissioned and warrant officers of the Florida National Guard and those that have retired with at least 20 years with the Florida National Guard.

Back 2 School Bash

The Foundation works with corporations to help procure school supplies for the dependents of our military. Using the lists that are published by the schools, the Foundation accepts donations of school supplies or purchases items that our children will have what they need to realize their potential.

Donations to the Foundation

Donating to the Florida National Guard Foundation is easy and every dollar counts. The programs the FLNG runs provides assistance and help to the service members of the Florida National Guard and their families.

Donations can be made with a credit/debit card or a PayPal account. You will be transferred to PayPal to make the donation. No credit/debit card or PayPal account information is kept on the Florida National Guard Foundation website.

Once you have entered the donation amount and selected the payment option you will be taken to the next page where you can leave a note if you want to make the donation for a specific purpose.
